Sorry I have been quiet..

I’m still here I promise, might not be doing very well on the dieting front but had a very stressful week and it’s not over yet. 2 assignments due tomorrow, an exam tomorrow night and Christmas approaching quickly! Cannot wait for Friday and enjoy 17 days off work.

I’m half heartedly trying to be good but being out the house from 8am-9pm is proving challenging when it comes to meal times. I think the new year is going to have to be the time it all starts for good again so there is nothing to distract me.

Gonna try and make a doc appointment to catch up with the nurse before new year but unsure if she will be in due to the festivities.

Feeling rather fed up at the minute hopefully my mood will lift by weekend.
