So I work 9 – 5.30, Monday to Friday… I am on my lunch from 1pm – 2pm and I am bored of eating wraps, salad and tuna pasta. The only facility we have in the kitchen is a kettle so I am unable to heat food up/cook anything. I also don’t help matter by being a fussy eater… Basically I need some help/ideas to what I can prepare at home and bring to work to have on my lunch that is relatively healthy? All suggestions welcome whether it be another salad flavour or wrap filler… or if you know of any books that could help?
