As much as I sulked waking up to my 7am alarm to go back to work this morning after a nice 6 days off; after hopping on the scales and seeing they had finally moved and not upwards did make my day… -5lb. Over the moon!
It has been a busy but productive 6 days that’s for sure!

Week 16 (15/10/2014) – -5lbs
Total – 19lbs gone forever!
