Week 15 and I am officially stuck! Stuck for my 4th week running, yes apparently a maintain is better than a gain but I want to be better than a maintain and get a loss but my inch loss has made me feel quite positive.
I am taking a bit of a new approach I am getting back into the gym, I have been Monday and Tuesday evening and after today I have nearly a week off work so in a way its good (I can get myself to the gym at anytime of day) but in a way it is bad (I am away for 4 nights of it so I am unsure what is planned for me).
Also on Monday one of my lovely followers from here (Ice_badger) has agreed to help me online, she has put a gym plan together for me which I tried last night and enjoyed although I couldn’t quite complete as the gym was stupidly busy but having her on board has definitely had a motivating and positive effect on me so far. So for that I thank her and also in advance for all the ranting and raving she will probably here off me in the future weeks! Sorry!
All I will say is after my time off this week and next week the scales say the same it will be one time I am overly pleased with a maintain!
