Same again…

I’ve maintained again, I know a maintain is better than a gain but I feel a little stuck!

    • Sorry I have only just seen all these comments and stuff from last week I have been sapping my phone over though! Not being ignorant haha…

      I maintained again this week. This week I’m going back to basics and going to try my hardest with exercise

  1. Think about what you can do differently. Do you need to add some extra cardio? Can you cut down on carbs to jumpstart weight loss again? I totally understand about being stuck at a certain weight. It sucks! You just have to find something through trial and error that gives you the extra kick you need! You can do this!!
