My first gain…

It’s not good news folks… I gained 1lb! It had the potential to be more so I am grateful yet gutted I suppose. It’s been a stressful week (and when I say stressful I’m not talking about can’t find a matching pair of socks stressful, I am going through a hell of a hard time but I don’t like to go into the facts but maybe when it is all over I will let openly speak about it) and I know that is no excuse but it does effect my eating. Anyway…

Week 1 (02/07/2014) – -3lb

Week 2 (09/07/2014) – -3lb

Week 3 (16/07/2014) – -2lb

Week 4 (23/07/2014) – -1lb

Week 5 (30/07/2014) – -2lb

Week 6 (06/08/2014) – -2lb

Week 7 (13/08/2014) – +1lb :(:(:(:(:(

Total – 12lbs

  1. I am liking this because you have admitted it, and have an idea of why.
    These things happen. I
f they never happen you are probably not human (and I believe you are human)
what I am trying to say is do not worry!! your overall trend is excellent loss so you are still doing incredibly well! They key is not to let 1lb gain (which to be honest, we can sometimes vary by more than that throughout the day) derail you!!
Keep doing the good things you are doing and you will carry on in the right direction!!

    • Thank you your comments are always inspiring and motivating! I am human sometimes I wish I wasn’t then maybe feelings wouldn’t exist ha! I’m not going to let it get to me and hopefully I will be back on track next week my aim is to definitely shift this pound and maybe another if I give it a good push! Yeah wright fluctuates throughout the day so I try and weigh myself first thing on a weds morning about 8am to get as accurate as I can and I know the scales aren’t everything it’s just one if then things

  2. Sounds “good” that it’s only 1 lb. Just start again fresh this week. Easier for me to say than do, but you’ve shown you have the strength and determination to do this, and I’ve no doubt you can revert to losing weight if you set your mind to it. Sorry to hear about the stresses, though – they’re awful re the diet, but also as and within themselves. Good luck with those, too. 8^>
