July Goals… The Results!

– lose at least half a stone. accomplished! I lost 11lb.

– go to the gym/swim at least twice a week. failed! I got a bit lazy mid month.

– drink 2 litres of water a day. nearly! I find it easier to do it on work days but my water intake has definitely increased.

– 1 treat day a week. easy!

– eat my 5 a day everyday, even if it’s a treat day. again nearly! I have done most days, but like the water I have definitely increased my fruit and veg intake.

 

Summary – I think I have done well this month and I will try and continue next month with all of the above, It is 1 days off being August so I need to set some more goals if anyone has any ideas please feel free to share them! Thank you!
