It’s Wednesday… that means one thing… Weigh oneself!
– 3 lbs, the same as last week, very happy with this results and the fact it is continuous makes me think it is a good thing.
So to summarise so far..
Week 1 (02/07/2014) – -3lb
Week 2 (09/07/2014) – -3lb
Total – -6lb
There is 3 more weigh in’s left of July and I am 1lb off my July target so I am very pleased and all the rest of my goals are going well too.
Am I a changed women? Maybe.
