I was just calculating my BMI on the NHS website and stumbled across a 12 week plan, thought I would share it as it seems pretty good.

you can download the weeks in PDF at the side or print it out fill in the charts as you go along.

yeah I agree, I just have the attention span of a fish so find it hard but looks pretty easy as its small changes 🙂
