I have decided to start planning my meals properly, I have used the planned out of the ‘slim for life’ slimming world supplement that has been given out in the daily mirror free this week.
I have also found using my facebook profile and putting pictures of my 3 main meals up a great way to stop me from eating rubbish, because I see what I have been eating when I check updates and people like what your eating it fills you with confidence 🙂 (might not work for everyone but it seems to be a good thing for me)
Actually saves money too. And waste in the fridge. Waste? I hear you all cry!! You know what I mean!
So true. I take a couple of hours on one of my days off to prepare a few meals ahead of time for the week. It saves time and guess work. Great post!

I fill out a weekly food list too I find its a great way to organize and know whats happening and when with food
