Hola! Welcome to my blog, as the tagline says this page is about my weight/health/fitness journey and my thoughts and feeling along the way and one day to hopefully motivate and inspire others who feel the same. I have never blogged before and thought it may help to take a new approach and hoping it will help me to keep on track, although I am anonymous (for now) I am going to open and honest and real whether it is a good a bad or an average day.

I won’t give too much away about myself as I am going to remain anonymous throughout (or until I hit some targets at least) but I am female, English, with a BMI of 47.17 (dangerous I know, hence why I am going to try my hardest to do something about it). Over the past few years my weight has fluctuated and in 2011 I managed to lose 4.5 stone, since then the weight has crept back on and I am now bigger than ever. When losing weight in the past I am not going to lie but I didn’t do it naturally, I used a slimming tablet called phentermine; this is how I lost my 4.5 stone. I have tried fad diets such as lipotrim and different ranges of slimming tablets and I have now come to the conclusion the only way I am going to do it is the natural way; eating healthy, exercising and hoping blogging, reading blogs and social media is going to keep me on track knowing I am not the only person going through it.
